I would love to be able to put more than 5 stars here. It is way beyond expectations, food tastes delicious and the service is excellent.
Just shared a lovley lunch with a friend. We were seated out under the trees. Had a Lemonchello spritz, yummy. Ordered the salt and pepper squid, really soft and the ravioli special. Great food for lunch. Great service from Kim, she made us laugh. Loved sitting in the garden. Such a lovley find while on our adventure up the mountain. Will be coming back and happy to recommend this delightful spot. Lots more to do here besides the the lovley rainforest restaurant, go and sus it out!
Beautiful camping area with various activities. Managed to see the wedding venue which looked stunning. Slightly pricy for the camping but with a fire pit and lovely surroundings it was totally worth it.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Room was so clean and looked after with everything we needed. Fireplace kept us toasty and the food was delicious !
My partner and I have had two beautiful meals here over the last few days and it has been some of the best service we’ve ever received. From the wait staff to the managers they have all been fantastic. Our waitress tonight, Braelie, was an absolute joy. Despite it being a busy night she was efficient and friendly, you could tell that she truly cared about our experience and made us feel so welcome and comfortable it was like taking to an old friend. Easiest five stars I’ve ever given.
This place is just WOW 👌 We came here to celebrate a milestone Birthday and the staff are outstanding. From the get go, they looked after us, our dog was welcomed warmly, and the ambience was amazing. Above all, outstanding hospitality and the most delicious food that made our night complete. So glad we chose this restaurant. Make it a point to book before you visit. It's a popular eatery this one for some very good reasons. Had a lunch catch up on a weekend so parking was a little difficult but not impossible as its a busy area in Thunderbird Park (during school holidays). No mobile reception so had to use unsecured open wifi offered to guests (not ideal). Great service and food was on par with price.
Maddison & the team were absolutely incredible. They were caring, so kind and friendly, and made our night feel special. I haven’t had such delicious food in a while! Their braised beef ravioli is a 10/10 😍 and their chicken linguine - who knew chicken could be that tender?! They also had beautiful soft blankets on each chair available for guests (such an amazing personal touch).
10 stars if Google would let me. We had dinner at Thunderbird Park, Tamborine Mountain Glades while camping, and honestly, it almost felt wrong having food this good in a camping setting. The steak was cooked beautifully, the sides were spot on, and the whole meal felt more like something you would expect from a quality restaurant than a campground. The facilities were excellent too, which made the whole experience even better. Camping usually means making peace with packet pasta and questionable BBQ decisions, so this was a serious upgrade. Great food, great location, great facilities. We will definitely be back. Cheers to whoever is running that kitchen. They know exactly what they are doing.
We had a fantastic stay at Thunderbird Park. The accommodation was comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for families to enjoy. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food including eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, toast, and more. Everything was well prepared and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the peaceful rainforest setting made the experience even more special. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back. Very good!
